It's All in the Details
We spend a great deal of energy ensuring that our offerings bring small local producers and socially conscious products to market, as well as providing to our customers diversity in selection that they can't find anywhere else. Our baked goods come to us from Pollystyle, Sweet Haven Bakery, Sweet Rose Bakery, Heller's Bakery, Panas Gourmet Empanadas, and Georgetown Bagelry, among others. We sell unique bottled sodas, juices, iced infusions, and loose leaf teas. Combined with our breakfast, lunch, and supper menus made from fresh and high quality ingredients, our products provide the perfect fare for a great coffeehouse experience. Our Big Focus: Coffee
We focus especially on our espresso coffee menu. Using only fair trade and organic Righteous Bean coffees roasted especially for us by Mountian View Coffee Roasters in Ruckersville, Virginia, our attention to detail in training and equipment takes into account all the variables that contribute to an immaculate espresso beverage.

Highlighting the delicate balance between these variables is our use of a traditional, lever espresso machine that runs on pressure and temperature alone, and demands a great deal of knowledge and experience in espresso production. We've converted customers who thought they hated coffee, and attracted those with a discerning palate, evidence of our coffee's superior quality.
